Children’s health

A child’s development is a journey.  It is particularly important to note your Child’s development in the early years (Birth – 5 years) and to ensure they are reaching their milestones. 

Our Doctors are experienced in Children’s Health. Some have done further training in childhood health.    

Childhood checks are recommended at the following ages:

  • Birth

  • 1 to 4 weeks

  • 6 to 8 weeks

  • 6 to 9 months

  • 18 months

  • 2 years

  • 3 years

  • 4 years

 

Childhood immunisation schedule:

  • 6 weeks

  • 4 months

  • 6 months

  • 12 months

  • 18 months

  • 4 years

  • Annual influenza injection for children 6 months - 5 years

  • There may be additional vaccinations required for your child, please discuss with your Doctor.
